Today we will cook a fluffy omelet in the oven, which, without a doubt, will appeal to everyone. It often happens that in the morning there is no time to stand at the stove and cook a long breakfast. Here are omelets and porridge at such moments - our saviors. For today's version, for example, it will take three minutes to mix eggs and milk, warm up the oven for another 7 minutes, then bake the dish for 10-12 minutes - that's it, the perfect breakfast is ready.

Serve the finished omelet deliciously with fresh cherry tomatoes or any vegetables. You can add different types of greens, light salads, etc. Of course, a cup of freshly brewed coffee will also come in handy here.

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Milk - 100 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Butter - 10 g

Wheat flour - 1 tsp

Prepare food. You can immediately warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Take a deep bowl or any container, beat in a couple of large chicken eggs.

Then add 50 ml of milk per egg to the base. That is, for a portion of an omelet of two eggs, 100 ml is needed.

Use salt, ground black pepper and other spices only to taste.

With gentle movements, using a fork or whisk, mix all the ingredients in a circular motion.

Add a little flour. This will help keep the omelet in shape after cooking.

In general, flour is not added to omelets, but here it will not spoil the taste, because we will add it minimally.

Grease an oven dish with butter. Pour the prepared omelet mixture into it. Bake for 12 minutes, then serve the dish to the table.

Immediately, taking the form out of the oven, the omelet is incredibly lush and tall, after a while it will settle slightly, but this will not affect the taste or structure in any way - everything is just perfect. Add any vegetables and enjoy!
