Liquid pies are very popular among many housewives. After all, they prepare very quickly. The dough is kneaded with kefir with the addition of eggs, baking powder and flour. You can use a variety of vegetable mixes, meat, fish, rice and canned food as a filling. Today I propose to opt for vegetables, because they not only perfectly combine with the delicate structure of the bulk dough, but also look spectacular in section. So, let's begin!

Ingredients:

Kefir - 1.5 cups

Flour - 1.5 cups

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Salt - 1 tsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Mix of frozen vegetables - 200 g

To bake a delicious liquid pie on kefir, we will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. You can use any vegetables, in my case it is a frozen mixture, which includes: peas, red and green beans, carrots and corn.

We also need:

  • measuring cup with a volume of 200 ml;
  • parchment;
  • small rectangular baking dish.

Pour warm kefir into a deep bowl, add salt and a teaspoon of baking powder (or 0.5 tsp baking soda). Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Then beat in the eggs and mix again so that they spread evenly through the liquid.

Gradually add the sifted wheat flour, stirring so that not a single lump remains, and bringing the dough to a uniform consistency.

In terms of thickness, it should resemble pancake dough. Cover the bowl with a tea towel while we handle the vegetables ourselves.

Boil water in a small saucepan, add salt and add the frozen mixture. From the moment of boiling, boil for 3 minutes, then put the vegetables on a sieve.

Let them cool slightly and then add to the dough. Let's mix.

Cover the heat-resistant form with parchment inside, lay out the dough and smooth it out.

Let's send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer, piercing it exactly in the middle, if the stick is dry - the baking is ready, we can get it out.

Transfer to a wire rack so that the bottom of the cake does not get wet, and leave to cool completely.

Then cut into portions and serve.

Pouring yogurt pie with vegetables turns out to be very tasty and beautiful. It can be served with a cup tea or instead of bread to first courses.
