This salad is always laid out in layers, and it is advisable to do this in a certain sequence, because each of them complements each other. The ingredients are usually the same, although changes are allowed. The dish has a successful combination of products, where fresh chicken fillet is complemented by spicy and juicy pickled mushrooms, spicy onions, as well as vegetables and cheese.

The Russian Beauty salad is usually prepared for gala dinners, but on weekdays it will only decorate your menu.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 200 gr.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Pickled mushrooms - 300 gr.

Chicken fillet - 250 gr.

Mayonnaise - 200 gr.

Vinegar 9% - 50 ml.

Greens, tomatoes - for decoration

How to cook:

Prepare food.

Peel the onion, chop into squares, place in a bowl and fill with vinegar diluted with water in the same amount. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. The approximate cooking time is 15 minutes after the water has boiled.

Cool the fillet, cut into cubes, place on a flat plate - this will be the bottom layer of the salad. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise. To keep the meat on the plate better, you can also grease it with mayonnaise.

Remove the mushrooms from the marinade, save them from spices - pepper, garlic and bay leaf. Cut into small pieces and cover the chicken with them. This layer does not need to be greased with mayonnaise, as the mushrooms are juicy on their own.

Squeeze the onion pieces from the marinade, put on top of the salad. Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Pre-boil potatoes and carrots in a peel until tender. Cool and peel the vegetables.

The next layer of salad will be potatoes. Grate the tubers directly onto the onion "pillow" so that the potato chips remain fluffy. Top with mayonnaise sauce. This layer can be sprinkled with a little salt.

Next, lay the carrots, also chopped with a grater. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.

The topmost tier of the salad will be hard cheese. It is better to grate it on a grater with fine holes. You don't need to cover the top with mayonnaise.
