Khachapuri is a Georgian cuisine dish. As a rule, it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare it. But today I want to offer a simplified version. Lazy khachapuri differ from ordinary ones in that dough and cheese are mixed, after which they are immediately fried in a pan. Fast, tasty and affordable. The main thing is to serve hot.

The number of ingredients is calculated for one cake, which can be easily divided into two parts. But, given the experience I have, I want to warn you right away that you need to knead a double portion of the dough, because lazy khachapuri are eaten instantly. So let's get started!

Ingredients:

Sour cream - 50 g.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Salt to taste

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

Hard cheese - 100 g.

Baking powder - 0.5 tsp

Vegetable oil - for frying

Let's prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. To saturate the flour with oxygen, be sure to sift it through a fine sieve.

In a suitable bowl, grate the medium-meshed hard cheese.

Add a chicken egg, a pinch of salt and sour cream (you can use any, both store and farm will do). But with salt, you need to be careful, given the taste of the cheese used.

Mix the mass thoroughly. Then add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder.

Mix again so that the dry ingredients are evenly dispersed, without forming flour lumps. That's all, the dough for lazy khachapuri is ready. In consistency, it should resemble a pancake dough: thick and uneven.

Grease a small pan with vegetable oil and send it to the stove. Heat well, then lay out the dough in an even layer.

Over low heat, fry the khachapuri on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each. Then carefully transfer the cake to a flat plate.

Sour cream is perfect as an addition or sour cream sauceas well as greens and fresh vegetables. The main thing is that the dish should be hot, because, in my opinion, it is much tastier.
