Ingredients for a 3 liter jar:

Cucumbers - 2 kg

Salt - 50 g

Vinegar 9% - 50 g

Sugar - 20 g

Dill - 3 branches

Parsley - 3 sprigs

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Peppercorns - 8 pcs.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Cherry leaves - 3 pcs.

Currant leaves - 3 pcs.

How to cook:

Prepare foods from the list. Weight is based on one 3L can. By the way, you can take either one three-liter or three-liter.

Rinse the cucumbers with a brush, cover with clean cold water, leave for an hour. At this time, rinse all fresh herbs, peel the garlic and onions. Take a small onion for one jar, this is quite enough.

At the bottom of each jar, place sprigs of parsley, dill, cherry and currant leaves, all spices and seasonings - peppercorns, garlic and bay leaf.

Cut the onions into slices. Place the cucumbers in the jars, alternating with the onion slices. It turns out very nicely if the onion is clearly visible on the walls of the container.

Remember that the amount of cucumbers will depend on their size, so it may take more or less.

Boil water in a kettle, pour boiling water over cucumbers in jars to the very top so that they overflow. Cover with lids, leave for 15 minutes.

After a while, drain the water from the jars into a saucepan or saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil. As soon as the marinade boils, pour in the vinegar and immediately roll up the jars with screw caps or with a special wrench.
