Give preference to homemade vegetables, it is better to soak cucumbers beforehand, zucchini - use young ones. A little bit of garlic and aromatic herbs will add a spicy touch to the preparation.
In winter, you can serve assorted pickled vegetables with various side dishes and any kind of meat dishes, fish, poultry. Rest assured, such a roll will not stand idle for a long time.

Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.
Cucumbers - 7 pcs.
Zucchini - 0.3 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dill, parsley - 2 sprigs
Water - 600 ml
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp

Prepare all foods. You may need a little more or less vegetables, depending on their size. Thoroughly wash and dry a liter jar, sterilize.
Soak cucumbers in cold water for 2-3 hours. Then wash the tomatoes in the same way. Trim the ends of the cucumbers, cut off the tails of the tomatoes.
Place garlic and herbs at the bottom of a sterile jar.
Cut the zucchini into strips or sticks. Fill the jar with vegetables.
Pour boiling water over the vegetable platter and leave to steam for 15 minutes.
Then drain the water into a saucepan. Boil and return to the jar for the same time.
For the third time, carefully drain the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar. Boil for a minute, pour in vinegar, remove from heat.
Pour the marinade into the jar with the steamed vegetables. Immediately seal tightly. Turn the jar upside down, wrap it up and leave it alone for 24 hours, until it cools completely.
Store the preparation with pickled vegetables in the pantry.
