Beef - 400 g

Mayonnaise - 100 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

To cook delicious potatoes with meat in mayonnaise in the oven, take the food from the list. You will get the richest meat flavor from beef or lamb. But can be replaced with pork, chicken / turkey fillets or other poultry.

Small potatoes can be left whole tubers, large ones - cut into quarters or halves. Additional layers are made from onions, seasonal vegetables.

Cut clean and dry beef flesh quite coarsely, into pieces of approximately the same size. To enhance the aroma, before baking, fry the meat in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Maintain a high heat, shake and cover with a light crust.
