Step by step recipe:
To make a quick cake, take the items on the list. My recipe uses custard without milk. But you can combine the entire flour base with your other favorite cream, condensed milk with butter, boiled condensed milk, chocolate or peanut /nut butter.
We need two main compositions - impregnation cream and dough cakes. In order not to bother with kneading dough, baking, not expecting the layers to cool, we prepare a dessert from purchased cookies. And here the choice is wide, everything is according to your taste. Very sweet, moderate in sweetness, more bland, shortbread, oatmeal, biscuit - decide for yourself. The main thing is to stock up on dry, crumbly cookies, the one that your sweets prefer.
Break oatmeal or other cookies. We divide part of it into large fragments, part we grind into crumb. A substitute for cakes - cookies - the "building material" of our future cake, for a better connection, both large and small fragments are needed.
We get the taste, aroma, texture from the nuts. Pre-dry the kernels in the oven or in a frying pan (then the smell intensifies). Crush with different-sized crumbs and load to the liver.
Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans are suitable. To reduce costs, they are often replaced with legumes (peanuts).
Pour in the connecting compound - custard without milk or another, mix all the layers. You need to evenly distribute it among the biscuits with nuts.
We ram and sculpt a slide from the resulting mass on a flat dish. Press, form a dome like the Anthill cake.
Sprinkle with nut crumbs from all sides, decorate with fresh mint berries and leaves.
To soak a quick cake, 30 minutes in the refrigerator is enough.
