It is permissible to replace mayonnaise with sour cream of any fat content.

Salad with sausage, cucumber and egg can be offered to relatives as a snack, lunch or dinner. And in order to give it satiety, when serving, it is supplemented with crackers from white or rye bread with garlic and spices.

Lightly scald the smoked sausage with boiling water and remove the shell from it. Cut into slices or slices and then into cubes. Place the slices in a deep bowl: salad bowl or bowl.

Rinse fresh cucumbers thoroughly in water, rinsing off thorns and dust. Cut off the ponytails on both sides. Cut vegetables into slices and then into cubes. If you use late varieties of cucumbers, be sure to taste them, as they can be bitter, which means there is a risk that they will spoil the whole taste of the dish. Pour the slices into a container for the sausage.

Peel the boiled eggs, rinse them in water and cut into medium cubes. Send the slices to a salad bowl. Then add salt and ground black pepper.

Instead of chicken eggs, it is permissible to use boiled quail eggs. If desired, at this stage, you can add chopped fresh onions or dill to the salad, after rinsing it in water. Pickled onions with dill will add a bright taste to the dish.

Season the salad with mayonnaise (or sour cream), mix gently. Put on plates, garnish with fresh herbs to taste and serve immediately after dressing, as the cucumbers will release juice and the dish may "float".

You can garnish mashed potatoes, baked or boiled potatoes. Such a salad is a good option for a cold snack for a festive table or for serving on weekdays.
