Ingredients:
Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
Tomato sauce - 300 ml
Garlic - 3 cloves
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 0.5 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Take a half-liter jar, wash it thoroughly and sterilize it in a convenient way.
Wash sweet bell peppers, peel and remove the seeds with partitions. Cut into large segments.
Pour tomato sauce and vegetable oil into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and lower the pepper.
Cook it in tomato for 40 minutes. The fire should be moderate.
Meanwhile, peel the cloves of garlic, rinse and pass on a press. Add the garlic gruel to the pepper pan. Pour in sugar, salt. Cook lecho for another 5-7 minutes. Then pour in the vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.
Transfer the hot lecho to the jar, then roll it up.
Put the jar upside down, wrap it up and leave to cool completely - for a day.
Store the workpiece in the cellar. An ordinary pantry in an apartment is also suitable for storage.
