To prepare a delicious, tender and juicy kebab with vinegar and onions at home, take the products from the list. My vinegar is table vinegar, 9%. You can use 6%, a more concentrated essence - the proportions will always change. Dilute the marinade and be sure to try. The higher the sharpness, sourness, the less time it takes to marinate. Do not overdo it, otherwise you will get too sluggish meat fibers - acid can break down thoroughly.

Cut pure pork pulp or fillets of other meat into pieces of approximately the same size. Salt and pepper generously, rubbing in spices. Here add seasonings to taste, enter your favorites.

Having peeled off the husk, chop the onion into large pieces or rings - after pickling and baking / frying, it also pleases with taste.

We mix cold cuts with onions in a container that does not oxidize and is suitable for pickling with vinegar. Shake room temperature drinking water with a serving of vinegar in a separate bowl. We remove the sample. Sometimes granulated sugar is added.

Pour the marinade over the pork and onion so that all the pieces are completely covered.

Pull cling film over a bowl and send it to the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours to marinate.

After marinating, the meat turns pale. We string onions with pork on skewers. You can also cook in separate pieces on a wire rack, frying pan, in a mold.
