Mistake 1. Drink water in one gulp

You just got back from a workout or long walk and the first thing you did was drink a glass of cold water in one gulp. Moreover, it often feels like you can drink several liters of water at once.

What's bad about it? When you drink water like this, the stomach fills up quickly, which causes the urge to urinate. This means that the body will not have enough time to break down food and water, to absorb the elements that the organs need for normal functioning.

In addition, when you drink in one gulp, saliva liquefies - it is necessary for normal digestion, as it provokes the production of gastric juice. And if there is little saliva in the water, the body will not be able to properly digest and absorb the liquid.
