Dill - 5 branches
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
Water - 300 ml
Description:

It is important to prepare a half-liter jar well before cooking - wash it thoroughly, sterilize it. The way to choose the most suitable for yourself is steam, oven, microwave.
Peel and rinse the peppers. Cut out whitish streaks and remove all seeds. Cut the peppers into large strips or petals.
Rinse the dill, dry, chop finely. Peel the garlic, cut into small cubes.
Put herbs and garlic in a prepared jar.
The peppers can be boiled in a saucepan for a few minutes or simmered in a pan with water for 4 minutes.
Gently transfer hot peppers to a jar.
Prepare the marinade separately - bring water to a boil, dissolve salt and sugar, pour in vinegar and remove from the stove. Pour it into a jar.
You need to sterilize the pepper 15 minutes from the moment the water boils in the pan.
After throwing a sterile lid on the neck of the jar, immediately roll it up and put it upside down. Wrap with a blanket and leave for 24 hours.
After the time has elapsed, put the jar of pepper into the pantry.
Here is such a bright workpiece!
