This is delicious, but not the healthiest combination. Doctors have found that such a "tandem" can cause unpleasant consequences. It is generally not recommended to combine milk with other products. If you like sweet yoghurts, it is better to buy the ones that are sold without fruit additives.
Main dish with fruit
We all know from childhood that first comes porridge, and then dessert. And they obediently listened to their parents, ate oatmeal, and then received their favorite fruits. But it is worth remembering that it is not recommended to combine the main dish with fruit while taking it.
The fact is that fruits have a lot of fiber, which is quickly digested and enters the intestines. But if fiber enters the body along with cereal products or meat, it will get stuck in the digestive tract for a long time, as a result, fermentation processes will start, and flatulence will occur.
For fruits to be beneficial, they must be consumed no earlier than half an hour after the main meal.
Fresh vegetables and low fat sauce
Summer and autumn are the time for picnics and outdoor recreation. And feasts are rarely complete without fresh vegetable salads. Those who want to lose weight often use low-fat sauces for dressing. But according to the latest research, this is not recommended. By adding low-fat sauce to vegetables, you disrupt the absorption of nutrients.
To make greens and vegetables as useful as possible, they are eaten either fresh or seasoned with lemon juice.
Starch and animal protein
Many people like to serve mashed potatoes and cereals as a side dish for meat. However, recent studies have shown that in this case, a pleasant dinner can end in bloating and heaviness. If they enter our body in a shock portion, blood sugar will rise sharply, which, of course, will give a boost of energy, but for a very short time.
Then there is a sharp decline. As a result, this is manifested by fatigue, loss of strength, the appearance of appetite, while you want something high-calorie and fatty. It is best to combine milk with whole grains.
Baking and juices
This combination is not harmful, but it is useless. The main danger is the high sugar content in juice or sweets, they also lack the fiber and protein we need. Therefore, such a breakfast as a result will lead to the fact that after a couple of hours you will feel very tired.
Tea and milk
Quality tea contains many antioxidants, especially green tea. These substances reduce inflammation, prevent the occurrence of many ailments, and slow down the aging process. If you add even a little milk, including soy milk, to your tea, the amount of antioxidants will drop dramatically.
German scientists have confirmed that the protein casein, which is found in milk, destroys catechin, the very powerful antioxidant, so you should not use this drink.
Alcohol and caffeine
At a party, do you feel like you want to cheer up a little and therefore reach for a cup of coffee? But this combination can cause unpleasant consequences. Yes, in the first minutes after a cup of coffee, the signs of intoxication really diminish, but for a very short time. But after half an hour, the intoxication will become even stronger.
