Buns are not made from bread

Any corporation does not want to operate at a loss. Therefore, a huge amount of preservatives is added to the composition of perishable baked goods, thanks to which the products remain fresh for many years. One of them is calcium sulfate, more commonly known as gypsum.

Another ingredient is ammonium sulfate, which can cause nausea and bowel disruption.

Not so long ago, McDonald's assured all vegetarians, adherents of fast food, that instead of beef fat, fries are cooked in olive oil. The corporation has kept this word, but it is important to remember that before entering the deep fryer, potatoes are processed with a small amount of natural beef flavor.

Most McDonald's dishes are high in phosphate. They increase the risk of cardiovascular pathologies and cause kidney problems. Any chicken dishes are especially dangerous.

Sugar in potatoes

It is clear that it is difficult to find a person who believes that french fries can be beneficial to the body. But it is important to bear in mind that McDonald's uses glucose in its preparation. Once in the body, it turns into fat, affects blood sugar levels. Yes, such a potato will satisfy you, but only for a short period of time, and the next wave of hunger will be even stronger.

Many believe that the most harmful food in a McDonald's burger is the cutlet. But as recent studies show, buns are just as dangerous.

Their main danger is that they use high fructose corn syrup in their preparation. This suggests that after eating at McDonald's, you will want to eat again in 20-30 minutes, which leads to the appearance of extra pounds.

Pink Slime Burgers

Renowned chef Jamie Oliver revealed the ingredients used to make hamburger patties. So, in his show it was shown that in their production they use unsuitable meat waste production, while they are pre-washed in ammonium hydroxide, which gives the product a pink Colour.
