There are never too many apple pies. And if you cook them on curd dough, then they become not only very tasty, but also healthy. Today is just this option. When useful can be tasty. The recipe is quite simple to prepare. So don't be afraid to tackle it. Baking will be excellent even for a novice cook.

Ingredients:

Egg - 2 pcs.

Flour - 120 gr.

Sugar - 100 gr. (+ 1 tbsp. l. for sprinkling)

Butter - 80 gr.

Cottage cheese - 150 gr.

Apple - 3 pcs.

Soda is a pinch.

Vanillin - a pinch.

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the apple curd pie. Sift the flour. Wash the apples well.

The butter should be soft. Take it out of the refrigerator in advance and cut it into pieces so that it warms up and softens faster.

Combine soft butter and sugar in a spacious bowl that is convenient to knead the dough. Add eggs. Mix everything with a whisk.

Add prepared cottage cheese to the bowl. Mix it with the whole mass.

The fat content of the curd can be any, but it must necessarily be of a uniform consistency, without grains. If you use a homemade one, then it must first be wiped through a sieve. The more homogeneous the curd, the more tender the finished cake will be.

Then add flour and add vanilla baking soda.

Knead to a homogeneous dough. It will be tight enough.

Take a split mold with a diameter of 18 centimeters. Line the bottom with baking paper and pinch the sides.

Place the prepared dough into the prepared dish. Smooth it evenly over the entire surface using a silicone or wooden spatula.

Cut the apples into 4 pieces. Remove the core from them. Then cut each piece into 2-3 pieces.

Place the sliced ​​apples over the entire surface of the pie and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. When the surface of the cake is slightly golden, you can remove it from the oven.

Cool the finished baked goods a little. Use a sharp knife to walk around the edge of the container to separate the cake from it. Remove the mold carefully.
