Sea buckthorn - 300 gr.
Water - 2 liters.
Sugar - 1 glass

Step by step recipe:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare the fruit drink. Sea buckthorn is best used fresh, straight from the tree. Rinse branches with berries under running water.
You can take spices to your taste. This recipe uses cinnamon sticks and star anise.
The berries must be cut off from the branches. It is convenient to use thin scissors for this.
Place all the berries in a large saucepan for the fruit drink. It's okay if some of the dry leaves get with them. They also have their own benefits. There is no need to select them completely, as in the end everything will be deleted.
Use a hand blender to puree the sea buckthorn berries to form a juice.
Pour the chopped pulp with water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Then add the required amount of spices to the saucepan. Turn off the fire, cover the container with a lid. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Strain the present drink to remove all the pulp. Add sugar to taste and stir well. Since the fruit drink is still hot, the granulated sugar will dissolve without difficulty. Optionally, you can use honey instead.
Delicious sea buckthorn fruit drink is ready.
Pour it into a decanter and help yourself.
