Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Champignons - 200 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Gherkins - 4 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons

Description:

1. Prepare the entire range of required ingredients from the list. You need to choose pickled gherkins, delicious, so that they crunch. You will need a culinary ring to shape the salad. However, if this is not at hand, you can take a regular plastic bottle and cut it on both sides. It will perfectly replace the ring.

2. Pre-boil or bake chicken fillet, cool. If desired, it can be replaced with any part of the poultry, only remove the skin before cutting.

3. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Oyster mushrooms and any other variety that is available to you at the moment are also suitable. Clean the caps if necessary. Cut the mushrooms into small segments. Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Crumble it into cubes or quarter-rings. Part of the onion can be separately pickled and mixed with cucumbers in the future. Use quality wine vinegar for the marinade.

4. Bake potatoes in advance or boil them in their skins. You can use a microwave to save time. Peel the finished potatoes, grate them with medium shavings, leave them aside for a while.

5. Unload the sliced ​​champignons with onions into the pan. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then add a spoonful of oil, brown everything until a light brown crust appears.

6. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel them off. Grate them on a medium / fine grater.

7. Prepare the culinary ring and plate. Set the ring in the center. Each layer of salad will need to be lightly coated with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper. So, put the potatoes, chopped gherkins and half the eggs first.

8. Chop finely boiled fillet. Then put mushrooms, onions and chicken in the ring.

9. Lay another layer of eggs on top.

10. Infuse the salad for 20 minutes and can be served.
