Pancakes with ham and cheese

Delicate, fluffy, soft ham and cheese pancakes are just a great idea for your daily or Sunday breakfast. Quite recently, I was very skeptical about this combination, but now these pancakes are one of my son's favorites, especially with sour cream. They're incredibly satisfying, so I find them a really good breakfast option before a hard day at work.

Ingredients:

Flour - 200 g

Milk - 1 glass

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Salt - a pinch

Sugar - 1 tsp

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Ham - 80 g

Hard cheese - 70 g

Black pepper - to taste

Lean oil - 3 tablespoons

How to cook:

1. We will prepare all the necessary products according to the list. It is desirable that the eggs and milk are at room temperature, so it will be easier to work with them. Do not skimp on ham and hard cheese, the taste of the finished dish depends on their quality.

2. First, mix the liquid ingredients. To begin with, combine milk, an egg and one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a deep bowl, preferably refined and odorless. This is best done with a whisk or fork.

3. When all the liquid ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and pepper. We also mix until smooth, without lumps.

4. Next, add your favorite hard cheese and ham. Grind them in any way, you will not believe, but I rub everything on a coarse grater, it is quite convenient.

5. Stir the mass for the last time until smooth. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough stand for at least 10 minutes before cooking, this is important.

6. Preheat a frying pan, pour in some lean, unscented refined oil. Next, pour over a full tablespoon of dough and bake the pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust. The fire should be medium, the pancakes should not burn.

Be sure to put the finished pancakes on paper towels to remove the excess oil, and serve with sour cream. By the way, you can make a cup of coffee or tea - it doesn't hurt!
