Everyone or almost everyone knows about the benefits of celery, but not everyone can force themselves to eat it. Many people dislike the pronounced aroma of this herb, and I am no exception. I tried many options until I found the perfect combination of celery in a salad just for me. Try to make such a salad, because it is really tasty and, most importantly, healthy.

Ingredients:

Fresh cucumber - 200 g

Celery stalk - 1 pc.

Dill - a couple of twigs

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Thick sour cream - 2 tablespoons

Sea salt - to taste

Ground pepper - to taste

The salad is really very simple and quick to prepare, literally a few minutes, and if you boil a chicken egg in advance, it will take a few seconds!

We will prepare all the products according to the list. Wash cucumber, celery and dill under running water, wipe dry with a paper towel. Cook the egg for no longer than 10 minutes, then everything is as always - it needs to be cooled in cold water, peeled from the shell.

The sour cream for this recipe should be very thick, then the finished salad will not work with liquid dressing.

The first step is to cut the cucumber. Slicing can be absolutely anything - cubes, strips, or whatever you like.

I cut the celery stalks obliquely, if you like smaller - you can safely chop it like that. Add slicing to the cucumber.

Now add the cooled, peeled and chopped chicken egg with approximately the same slices or just a coarsely chopped chicken egg.

Chop the dill finely, add it to the bowl along with the sour cream. Salt and pepper the dish to your liking.

Now you need to mix the salad thoroughly so that all the ingredients are well seasoned with sour cream. At first it may seem that it is thick, but after a minute the cucumber will let out the juice and the consistency will become perfect.

Place the celery and cucumber salad on a platter and serve. They can be substituted for one meal if you are on a weight loss diet. It is perfect as a dinner.
