The best dessert is cake! This dish is always at the center of a festive event, be it a wedding, anniversary or any other celebration. And even more so, no one will refuse a homemade cake.
Today I will make a cake from honey cakes with condensed milk. In addition to honey, I will add cocoa to the cakes. I will take boiled condensed milk and homemade sour cream as the basis of the cream.
I do not argue that cake preparation takes a long time. In a honey cake, this time will be required to roll out 18 cakes. Otherwise, it is quite simple to perform.
Ingredients:
For the test:
Honey - 150 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Flour - 600 grams
Cocoa powder - 30 grams
Butter - 150 grams
Soda - 1 tsp
For the cream:
Fat sour cream - 0.5 kg.
Boiled condensed milk - 1 can
Course of action:
Prepare the required foods. Sift flour beforehand. Use good quality honey, otherwise the soda will need to be additionally quenched.
Beat sugar with eggs with a whisk.
Melt the butter in the microwave and let cool completely. Combine it with an egg-sugar mixture.
Melt honey over low heat, not letting it boil. Pour soda into hot honey and stir vigorously with a whisk.
Sufficiently high foam is formed, so it is advisable to take dishes of the appropriate size.
In a mixture of eggs, sugar and butter, add honey foam in small portions and stir with a whisk.
Combine flour with cocoa powder and sift through a sieve.
Stir the flour mixture into the liquid component.
Knead the dough, it turns out quite soft. Roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces.
Roll out the cakes 2-3 mm thick. It is convenient to do this immediately on parchment paper. While one cake is baked, the next is rolled out. Cut an even circle (you can use a lid of the appropriate size).
Before baking, prick the crust with a fork in several places to avoid deformation. Bake all the cakes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
To prepare the cream, it is better to cook condensed milk yourself. The longer you cook, the thicker the consistency and the richer the taste.
It is preferable to take rustic sour cream, at least 30% fat.
Beat boiled condensed milk until smooth and only then add sour cream.
Put the finished cakes in a pile on top of each other and leave to cool completely.
Spread the cakes on the work surface. Put some of the cream on top. This method makes it possible to evenly distribute it. While spreading the cream, stack the honey cakes on top of each other, forming a cake.
Crush one cake into crumb and decorate the sides of the cake. Arrange the top as desired.
Any cake must be soaked before use so that the cakes are soaked in cream.
