This salad cannot be classified as an everyday one, it is, rather, festive, because of its composition and cost of products. You can cook it for a romantic dinner or get-togethers with friends - it is delicious, beautiful in appearance and quite high in calories. The salad is prepared in less than 15 minutes, which is very valuable for me personally. And the brie cheese included in its composition is suitable for any wines - white and red, but it is especially combined with dry or brut champagne.

Ingredients:

Peking cabbage - 100 g

Cherry tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Brie cheese - 150 g

Olives - 6 pcs.

Pine nut - 20 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

How to cook:

We will prepare products according to our list. Absolutely any fresh salad is suitable for this recipe, it's just that it's the season of Peking cabbage and I came across a juicy, crunchy little head of cabbage, which it was simply impossible to pass by.

We disassemble the cabbage into leaves, wash it with tomatoes in cold water, wipe it dry with paper towels. First of all, you need to boil a chicken egg for 8 minutes, cool in cold water, and peel it.

We cut each cabbage leaf into beautiful large pieces, put it on a dish on which we will serve the salad.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place them on top of the Chinese cabbage.

Cut the brie cheese into small pieces of absolutely any shape, spread them evenly over the surface of the salad.

It is better to take olives without seeds, so it will be easier to eat them and you will not need to bother at the festive table with seeds. If they are too large, cut in half and place on a platter.

Now cut the egg into quarters and place it on the salad too. By the way, a chicken egg can be replaced with several quail eggs, they cook much faster and look prettier in a dish.

After that, sprinkle all the ingredients with good quality olive oil, lightly salt with sea salt and pepper with fresh ground pepper. Lastly, sprinkle pine nuts generously on top.

Serve the pine nut salad immediately after cooking, until the tomatoes are juiced and the cheese is dry.
