Today our menu includes incredibly tender, hearty, and dietary meatballs. They are prepared from minced meat with the addition of boiled rice, vegetables and your favorite spices. Since meatballs are dietary, we will use chicken fillet, low-calorie vegetables and quite a bit of oil. The small balls will be baked in the oven with a little water. In fact, the effect of a water bath is used.

If you are on a diet or diet, this recipe will definitely come in handy. These meatballs are suitable for both adult and baby food.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 400 gr.

Carrots - 80 gr.

Rice - 40 gr.

Bulb onions - 80 gr.

Garlic - 2 cloves.

Champignons - 100 gr.

Ground black pepper - 2 pinches.

Salt to taste

A mixture of dry ground vegetables - 1 tsp.

Dried paprika - 1 tsp

Vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp

For making dietary minced chicken meatballs, take the products listed above. You can change or supplement the composition of vegetables and spices, focusing on your taste.

For a richer flavor, you will need onions and garlic. Peel them off, rinse, dry and cut randomly.

Chop the washed carrots on a fine grater. Rinse the champignons, dry with a napkin. You can remove the skin, but this is not necessary. Cut the caps with legs into small pieces.

Instead of champignons, you can use oyster mushrooms or forest mushrooms after heat treatment.

Rinse the cooled chicken fillet, dip it from moisture, cut into pieces. Rinse the rice grains well, straight several times, so that the water becomes clear. Boil cereals in plenty of water, 10-15 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then fold in a colander, rinse and leave to glass with water.

Grind the prepared fillet, onion and garlic in a meat grinder. Transfer to deep minced meat bowl.

Add shredded carrots and shredded mushrooms. Mix well.

Transfer the boiled rice to the minced meat. Mix the seeds thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper, add paprika and vegetable mixture. Stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.

With wet hands, shape into balls of the desired size. Place in an ovenproof deep baking dish with oil on the bottom. Pour in about 100-150 ml of boiling water.

Cover the tin with foil. Place in a hot oven for 40-50 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
