Many of us just love crab sticks. Adults and children always eat various snacks and salads prepared from them at the festive table. Of course, I mean a good and high-quality product of a proven manufacturer for years, made from white sea fish, which is not worth saving on.
Today I want to show you one original snack that men are happy to eat with beer for a football match, and children and teenagers simply adore with different sauces. You can serve crab sticks in batter both cold and hot - it is equally tasty.

Ingredients:
Crab sticks - 240 g
Flour - 60 g
Carbonated water - 100 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Turmeric (saffron) - 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Baking powder - 1/3 tsp
Lean oil - for frying
How to cook:
Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Be sure to defrost the crab sticks first, release them from the packaging and the cellophane shell. If they are wet, they need to be slightly blotted with paper towels, otherwise the batter will not stick to them, and if it does, it will be bad.
The first step is to prepare the batter. To do this, in a deep bowl, combine flour, turmeric or ground saffron and baking powder.
Add soda water, beat in a chicken egg. The soda will immediately react with the baking powder and foam will appear on the surface.
Stir until smooth, salt and pepper. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thicker than on handcuffs.
Then everything is as always. Put the crab sticks in the batter, roll them thoroughly in it.
Heat lean refined oil in a frying pan, lay out the blanks and fry them on all sides until golden brown.
Be sure to put the finished sticks on paper towels to remove excess oil.
From the remaining batter, you can bake small pancakes and wrap any filling in them.
Serve fried crab sticks in batter with your loved ones sauces.
Enjoy!
