β π Many different dishes can be prepared from chicken fillet - but some believe that they are all the same type and the meat is dry. To be honest, I once thought so too ...
And today I want to invite you to cook a dish based on there is a chicken fillet, and according to this recipe it is obtained just velvet.
I first tried such a dish recently while visiting, and over the weekend I cooked it at home. After testing my favorite family is practically forced to repeat the dish for an encore.

Cooking ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 500 g
For the marinade you will need:
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Egg white - 1 pc.
Potato starch - 1 tbsp. l.
Apple cider vinegar 6% or lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
For the sauce you will need:
Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.
Honey - 1 tsp l.
Apple cider vinegar 6% or lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
Sesame - 1 tbsp l.
For frying:
Refined vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.

We take the chicken fillet and rinse it well, and then wipe it dry with paper towels (napkins). Cut the prepared meat into medium-sized pieces.
Transfer the sliced ββfillet to a large bowl and pour over soy sauce, vinegar or lemon juice. We also add a little black pepper to taste. Separate the egg white from the yolk and add it to the chicken in a bowl. We don't need the yolk - you can use it as you like.
Next, add starch - I had potato starch, but you can take corn starch - there will be no difference.
Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly and leave to marinate at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. If you plan to fry the meat later - after a few hours (for example for dinner), then cover the bowl with foil and put it in the refrigerator.
Now let's move on to making the sauce. Pour sesame seeds into a small bowl, pour soy sauce, lemon juice (vinegar), put honey. Mix everything well. The sauce is ready!
And now the most interesting thing begins...
First of all, we prepare boiling water - that is, we just pour hot water into a bowl. Then pour vegetable oil into the pan, turn on the fire and heat it up. The next step is to lower the marinated pieces of chicken fillet in hot water, then put them on a napkin and immediately put them in the pan - there will be a slight crunching, but it's okay... Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat on one side, and somewhere else for 2-3 minutes on the other side.

When all the chicken fillet pieces will be fried, pour the sauce into the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes - until the chicken fillet is caramelized.
The chicken turns out to be very juicy, The softest, while all the juices remain inside thanks to the "starchy" marinade. Vegetables can be added to meat - carrots, bell peppers, onions, green beans. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
