Eggplant inside out with minced meat
- Wash and dry the eggplants.
- Make small cuts so that they do not burst during baking.
Preheat the oven to 180 Β° C and send the eggplants there for 30-40 minutes.
- They should be soft and practically cooked.
- Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder.
- Add pepper, salt, coriander and paprika.
- Here is a tablespoon of flour, mix everything and put the minced meat in the refrigerator.
- Ready eggplantcool and peel, leave the stalk.
- Grate the cheese.
- Carefully make an incision on each eggplantand fill with grated cheese.
- Roll out half of the minced meat on cling film.
- And use the film to wrap the eggplant in the minced meat.
- Repeat the same with the second participant.
- Prepare a baking sheet or baking dish.
Send the eggplants to the oven (180 Β° C degrees) for half an hour.
- Pour over the eggplants with tomatoes in their own juice or other sauce.
- Return them to the oven for 15 minutes and the dish is ready.
