  • Wait until the liquid has evaporated, then reduce the heating.
  • Fry until tender. The whole process takes approximately 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the finished mushrooms to a bowl.

  • Fry the bell peppers on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Put it on the mushrooms.
  • It remains to add the salad dressing.

  • This completes the salad. It can be eaten warm, but it is better to let it brew for a few hours.

3 tbsp soy sauce
