Fragrant and mouth-watering cutlets with gravy can be served both for breakfast and for lunch or dinner, and all relatives will appreciate their taste and even ask for more. For the sauce, you can use milk, low fat cream, or water with tomato paste - all options work well with minced meat.

So that the dish does not taste dry, the minced meat must necessarily contain lard. It can be made from pork, beef or poultry. Add spices and herbs to it to your liking. Do not forget to supplement the minced meat with a chicken egg - it "holds" the cutlets, as a result, they do not fall apart during heat treatment.

For herbs, use dill if the gravy is dairy-based, and parsley if it's made from tomato paste or tomato juice. For a thick gravy, add a little more wheat flour, for a thin one, remove flour from the list of ingredients.

Ingredients:

Minced meat - 400 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Cream 15% - 200 ml

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Dill - 0.5 bunch

Wheat flour - 1 tsp.

How to cook:

To cook juicy and tasty patties with gravy in the oven, prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list.

Defrost minced meat if you purchased it frozen. Place in a bowl or salad bowl, beat in a chicken egg, salt and pepper.

Peel the carrots, grate with fine cells. If you wish, you can also grate half of the peeled onions there, if capricious children will not eat cutlets.

Mix everything gently.

Lubricate the form with sunflower oil, going over the sides. Moisten your palms in water and form rounded cutlets from the minced meat. Place them in a mold, evenly spaced apart.

Combine cream, wheat flour and chopped dill in a deep bowl. Lightly add salt and mix thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming. Flour can be omitted if desired.

Cut the peeled and washed onion head into half rings, put in a mold.

Pour the prepared dressing. Preheat oven to 220 degrees and place the dish in it for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the baked minced meat patties with gravy from the oven and let cool slightly.

Put the dish on plates and serve with any garnish from rice, boiled pasta, cereals.
