Even ordinary pasta can be prepared in an original and delicious way. For example, it's a great idea to pair them with minced meat and vegetables. The recipe for the dish is quite simple, even an inexperienced novice in cooking can do it. Initially, vegetables are fried separately, then minced meat is added to them, then raw pasta is thrown into the mixture. You can, of course, add boiled products, but it will turn out much tastier if the raw spirals languish in a tomato soup, soaked in the smell and taste of meat and vegetables.
For a dish to be tasty, it is not enough to cook it properly. The quality of flour products is also important here; pasta must be made from durum wheat. Then they will not boil over, but will remain dense and elastic.

Ingredients:
Minced meat - 300 gr.
Spiral pasta - 300 gr.
Water - 350 ml.
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Green onions - 15 gr.
Ground garlic - 0.5 tsp
Oregano - 0.5 tsp
How to cook:
To cook pasta with minced meat in a pan, prepare all the ingredients you need according to the list. Wash the vegetables thoroughly in water, dry a little.
Separate the head of the onion from the husk, cut into small cubes. Place a large-diameter frying pan on a medium heat of the stove, after heating, pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and add an onion shredder. Grill it separately from the rest of the vegetables for the next 2 minutes.
Peel the seeds from the inside, cut the pulp into small squares or thin strips. Then add them to the skillet, sliding the onions to one side.
Remove the top layer from the carrots, chop into bars and also load into the pan. Saute the vegetables together for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Next, slide the vegetable mixture to one side, and pour more oil into the free space and place the minced meat, seasoning it with pepper and salt. The fire should still be moderate. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes, stir it regularly, as if breaking large pieces into smaller ones.
Then combine the meat with vegetables, add tomato paste. Pour in literally 20 ml of water to make it easier to distribute the tomato throughout the composition. If desired, you can use finely chopped tomatoes instead of pasta.
Add raw pasta to the bulk.
Then sprinkle them with ground garlic and oregano. You can use other spices of your choice. Fry pasta with minced meat and vegetables for about 2 minutes.
Pour in the required amount of hot water. As it boils, reduce the heat to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the mixture until cooked.
The cooking time for pasta depends on the variety used, so it is best to look at the packaging. The main thing is not to digest them, the spirals must remain dense.
The tomato soup will not completely evaporate, some will remain at the bottom of the pan. But this sauce will make the dish even juicier and tastier.
Before serving pasta with minced meat, grind with green onions.
