Jellied Pie with Rice and Canned Fish

Cooking pies on jellied dough with different fillings is a pleasure - quickly, tasty and simple - because it is kneaded in a matter of minutes. Today I bake one of the most popular ones - with rice and canned fish.

If everything is clear with the dough, then you need to worry about boiled rice for the filling in advance if you want to shorten the cooking time for such a tasty and satisfying pie. For example, I boil it the night before.

Take canned fish according to your taste. If you want, use any raw fish fillet instead. Of the spices and herbs in this pie, black pepper in the filling and dill in the dough are enough, but if you wish, you can add a little seasoning to fresh fish, since it does not have those flavor enhancers that are in the one in canned food.
