Kefir - 100 ml

Cheese - 100 g

Cottage cheese - 100 g

Greens - 50 g

Butter - 30 g

To cook khachapuri with cheese in a frying pan, take the products from the list. These cakes get a special taste due to fermented milk products, so choose aromatic cheeses or pickled cheeses (suluguni, feta cheese) along with cottage cheese.

Shake eggs and kefir at room temperature first. If you replace it, then instead of kefir, use sour cream, natural yogurt, yogurt. We work with a whisk or mixer and quickly bring the composition to homogeneity, the final combination of egg whites with yolks.
