Pork (pulp) - 300 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 70 ml
Hard cheese - 70 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Prepare all products according to the list.
Rinse and dry a good piece of pork. Then cut the meat into plates, transfer to the work surface, cover with cling film. Beat it off with a kitchen hammer, then lightly salt and grind with ground black pepper.
Prepare batter - take a deep bowl or bowl, drive in a large egg, pour in milk at room temperature. For flavor, add dry garlic, salt, pepper here.
