Appetizing triangle pies with meat filling (samsa) are the easiest to form and bake from purchased dough. For example, a puff semi-finished product is ideal. Light, fragile shell and a lot of juicy minced meat inside. Serve a bite with tea or instead of bread and rolls for the first and second courses - lunch will be even more satisfying.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 300 g

Minced meat - 300 g

Onions - 0.5 pcs.

Garlic - 1 tooth

Egg - 1 pc.

Sesame seeds - 1 tsp l.

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

If you are planning to bake puffed samsa with minced meat, take the products on the list. Pre-thaw the semi-finished dough.

Various meats are suitable for the filling, including allsorts. In my recipe - minced pork with beef in equal proportions. Be sure to include garlic or onions to enhance the flavor and juiciness. You can throw chopped greens.

Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat, salt and pepper, mix. The filling in the samsa remains raw - when baked inside a puff pastry, the meat has time to completely steam. If necessary, throw in herbs and hot peppers.

It is easy to experiment with the filling, leaving the forming triangular. Instead of meat, they take cottage cheese, cheese, mushrooms, vegetable mixes, cereals, legumes, as well as for the sweet version - fruits, berries, poppy seeds with dried fruits and nuts.

We roll up the layer of puff pastry with a tight roll, cut it with transverse circles-washers about 1.5-2 cm thick.

Roll out thin and round cakes with a diameter of about 7 cm. Put the minced meat filling in the center of each - distribute in equal proportions.

Raise the edges of the flour base and fasten it with an angle to the middle, then tighten the perpendicular side - we get a triangle. We completely hide the filling, and also firmly press all the joints of the dough with our fingers in order to preserve the shape of the pies during baking.

We transfer the samsa blanks from puff pastry with minced meat to baking paper (baking sheet), for a golden crust, cover with a scrambled egg or only yolk. Sprinkle some of the sticky pies with black and white sesame seeds. We send it to a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
