Ingredients:
1. Tomato - 5 pieces
2. Arugula - bunch
3. Lemon - 3 wedges
4. Lettuce leaf - 2 pieces
5. Bow - half
6. Turmeric - pinch
7. Ground black and red pepper - pinch each
8. Garlic - 1 piece
9. Red bell pepper - half
10. Ginger - 1x1 cm piece
(if an antiparasitic effect is not needed, then the spices can be significantly reduced)
Preparation
We take fresh vegetables, wash them thoroughly under running water, cut the tomatoes into large pieces (each into 4 pieces), put a lettuce leaf on a plate and put everything on it.
Put pieces of tomatoes, bell pepper, onion rings, arugula (you can pick or chop, or whole), sprinkle with turmeric, pepper, chop the garlic finely and ginger, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice (you can salt it, we don’t salt it, we think that there are a lot of natural salts in the products, or we salt it with powder from algae).
