The proposed minced meat pie is called jellied, since the dough turns out to be quite liquid, it is literally poured into the filling. This option is considered the simplest. There is no need to knead and roll out the dough, which significantly saves time and effort. Such a cake always turns out, even from inexperienced cooks.
The dough is prepared with kefir, thanks to which the baked goods remain soft for a long time after preparation. We use minced pork and beef as a filling, supplement it with cheese for juiciness and herbs for freshness.

Ingredients:
Kefir - 300 ml.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 400 gr.
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Salt - ½ tsp
For filling:
Minced pork and beef - 500 gr.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Parsley - 30 gr.
Cheese - 200 gr.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour kefir into a deep container, beat in the eggs. Stir. Add salt, soda. Stir again thoroughly, dissolving loose components. Soda is not extinguished by acid, since the dough is prepared with kefir.
Pour in the required amount of flour. It is better to sift it through a sieve in advance.
Beat the dough with a blender until smooth. Pour in the butter, repeat the whipping process. Set the dough aside for a while so that the soda reacts with the kefir, covering it with a cloth.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Place a greased frying pan on the stove. First, toss in the onion shredder, sauté for 2 minutes.
Then add the minced meat. Fry it with the onion for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to break the larger pieces into smaller pieces.
Cool the filling completely after frying.
Cover the deep form with parchment or oil. Pour half of the dough on the bottom, spread the cold minced meat evenly on top.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, pour the minced meat with shavings.
Rinse the parsley, dry, chop finely. Sprinkle it over the cheese.
When the filling layers are formed, pour out the second dough. Load the semi-finished cake into a preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
After removing the minced meat and cheese pie, cool, cut into pieces.
