Cherry leaves - 2 pcs.

Parsley - 2 sprigs

Dill - 2 branches

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Peppercorns - 5 pcs.

Step 1 of 7

Prepare food. The amount indicated in the recipe is calculated for one 1 liter can.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly with a brush, soak them in cold water for an hour.

During this time, wash the herbs, leaves, and jars with lids. I never sterilize containers, but if you are afraid that the twists will not stand, then sterilize in any way convenient for you.

Step 2 of 7

Put fresh herbs, all the spices and garlic at the bottom of the jar. I have a young garlic, you can use the old one in the cloves.

Step 3 of 7
Step 3 of 7

Fill the jar to the top with clean cucumbers. Try to tamp them well.

Step 4 of 7
Step 4 of 7

Boil water in a kettle. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers so that the water flows over the edges of the jar, cover with a lid. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Step 5 of 7

Drain the water from the cucumbers into a saucepan, add a heap of salt and sugar to it. Place the container on the stove, bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, pour in the vinegar and immediately pour the marinade into the jars, again so that it flows out from under the lid.

Step 6 of 7

Quickly screw the lids on the jars or roll them up with a special key. Turn upside down, cover with a warm blanket and leave in this position until cooled completely.

When the blanks are completely cool, transfer the jars to the pantry for storage. Store curls in a cool, dark place if desired. The cucumbers will be ready in about a month.
