Cabbage - 300 gr.
Tomatoes - 100 gr.
Fresh cucumbers - 100 gr.
Bulb onions - 100 gr.

Fresh parsley (dill) - 2 pcs.

Step 1 - Prepare products according to the list. You can substitute table vinegar with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. If you only have vinegar essence, then dilute 1 tsp. at 7 tsp. water and you get table vinegar. Rinse the vegetables well, dry. Peel the onions, wash the herbs under running water.
Step 2 - Shred the cabbage into thin long strips. We put in a tall bowl so that it is convenient to mix the ingredients.
Step 3 - Cut the onions into half rings as thin as possible.
Step 4 - We send it to the cabbage. Salt, pour in table vinegar. Grind vegetables lightly.

Step 6 - Next, cut the tomatoes into slices. If it is cherry, cut it into halves.
