These results were presented on the basis of studies conducted over 7 years, covering more than 5000 people. In half of them, polyps were found in the intestines - these are precancerous formations that have become a consequence of the constantly ongoing inflammatory process in the body due to regular use red meat.
  • In 2002, Boston University scientists reported that such foods 65% increase the likelihood of pancreatic cancer. This result became known after a large-scale study in which more than 190,000 people took part.

According to the WHO, by consuming more than 50 g of processed meat daily, you increase your risk of bowel cancer by 18%. And the more sausages and sausages in your diet, the higher the risk of cancer.

Atherosclerosis

This disease occurs when cholesterol metabolism is disturbed in the body, when the level of bad cholesterol rises above normal. This leads to the formation of plaques, blockage of blood vessels, our body lacks oxygen and nutrients.
