For lovers of fermented milk drinks, I offer the simplest recipe for making curdled milk from milk at home. It's good if a proven farm was in stock, such a percentage of fat is higher. But the usual store bought from the supermarket is an excellent option.

To make delicious curdled milk yourself, take the products from the list.
The drink is drunk, like kefir, in its pure form. If desired, add sugar, berries, honey, and also use it as a liquid base for okroshka and other cold soups, knead the dough for pies and pancakes. Cool yogurt tones up, gives energy and quenches not only thirst, but also extinguishes the feeling of hunger.
Milk turns sour by itself. But, planning to speed up the process, additional activators are introduced. In addition to a warm environment, the fermentation process is facilitated by such products - lemon juice, a special leaven in powder (of which there are many in stores), a small portion of unsweetened yogurt / sour cream / kefir. Determine what exactly is more convenient for you to make yogurt.
Pour fresh milk into a jar (pre-heat to a slightly warm state - no higher than 40 degrees), add dry sourdough (or lemon juice, a spoon or two of kefir / sour cream / unsweetened yogurt).
Stir so that the milk shakes and closer to the bottom of the container.
Cover with gauze or air-permeable cloth and heat. The jar can be wrapped with a blanket, thereby maintaining the temperature. Or leave it in the hot sun. The exact time for souring depends on the temperature conditions. On hot days, two hours are enough.
As a result of fermentation, milk turns into thick curdled milk - a natural drink with a pleasant sourness.
Chill on the refrigerator shelf. Fresh sour milk stimulates digestion, invigorates and relieves hangover syndrome.
