A delicious and easy-to-prepare dish - minced chicken cutlets, will appeal not only to adults, children will also appreciate your culinary impulse quite highly. It is better to cook them small in size - small and neat balls immediately attract attention.
You can serve it with mashed potatoes, porridge, and with a light vegetable salad or just with herbs and sauce. In addition to minced chicken, I suggest adding a little cottage cheese and cheese to the cutlets, from this they will become much tastier, they will acquire a creamy note.
