In many families, a liver cake is always prepared for the festive table. This hearty and high-calorie dish is ideal for strong alcoholic drinks and is loved by men. Liver pancakes are in second place in popularity, as they are easier to prepare and more convenient to eat. The filling can be absolutely anything to your taste. I want to offer an unusual filling - two types of cheese with garlic and herbs. It's delicious, try it on occasion.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 350 g
  • Milk - 120 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - pinch
  • Ch.m. pepper - taste
  • Lean oil - for frying

For filling:

  • Cream cheese - 200 g
  • Processed cheese - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dill - a few twigs
Step 1 of 11

Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Cut off films and capillaries from the liver. Wash it under running water, let the liquid drain completely.

Step 2 of 11

Place the liver in a convenient deep container and pour in the milk.

Step 3 of 11

Punch with a hand blender until smooth.

Step 4 of 11

Drive two chicken eggs into the liver mass. Then whisk the mixture until smooth.

Step 5 of 11

Add flour gradually, it may take 4-5 tablespoons. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to avoid lumps.

The dough turns out to be quite liquid, like on ordinary patches. Make sure to let it sit for a couple of minutes before baking.

Step 6 of 11

Lightly brush the skillet with lean oil using a silicone brush. Now pour over an incomplete ladle of dough and bake the pancakes for a minute on each side over low heat.

Step 7 of 11

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the filling.

Step 8 of 11

Put cream cheese in a deep bowl. Then grate the processed cheese. Add chopped garlic, mayonnaise and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Step 9 of 11

Put a tablespoon of the filling on each pancake, grease the entire surface with it.

Step 10 of 11

Roll each filled liver pancake into a straw.

Step 11 of 11

Cut each tube in half obliquely. Put the resulting rolls of liver pancakes with a filling on a platter and serve.

Enjoy!
