How to fry frozen dumplings in a pan

Here comes the most difficult part of cooking - carefully turn each dumpling with one or two forks to the other side. Try to do this quickly, the rest can burn. It is noteworthy that you will have to repeat this procedure again after 3-4 minutes, since for some reason semi-finished products are fried on three sides - they have such a shape.

Turning them over twice, fry for another 2 minutes and remove one dumpling. Cut it in half and check the filling is done. If it is still damp, fry on minimal heat, covered with a steaming lid.
