And it is better to buy goods that were produced and packaged at a meat processing plant or a meat factory.

Data on the label

The product label must contain all information about the product. But it is especially important that it be indicated that the shish kebab contains meat. If the label says that this is a "meat-containing product", it is advisable to refuse the purchase.

Kebab composition

In total, specialists studied the product for more than 50 characteristics. Despite the fact that the entire shish kebab was in accordance with the norms, experts noted a number of nuances:

  1. The products that were made in "Auchan" were recognized as too salty.
  2. The shish kebab sold in the Miratorg and Perekrestok retail chains turned out to be quite dry.
  3. The meat from "Azbuka Vkusa" was also not the softest.
  4. The first place was taken by products from Okraina.
