Step 3 - Chop finely and finely with a knife or pass a garlic clove through a press, throw in some chopped parsley or dill, cilantro, basil, any other greens. If you take dried herbs, do not overdo it - they have a more intense and concentrated aroma.

Step 4 - Zucchini pairs perfectly with curd. I suggest using both products in this savory pastry. Cottage cheese increases the nutritional value of the dish, creates a delicate texture and leaves a pleasant creamy aftertaste. In fact, you can completely eliminate flour and take more cottage cheese - dry it from whey and mold zucchini syrniki. Next, beat in an egg, salt and lightly pepper. Stir.

Step 5 - Lastly, add the flour, gradually, in a spoon. Knead the viscous, very sticky zucchini dough. The flour dosage may need to be changed. Depends on the properties of the gluten and your goals - less gluten is required for soft and flexible pancakes. And by increasing the rate of flour, you can easily get a dense dough and form zucchini cakes.

Step 6 - Cover the baking sheet or baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil or other fat (lard, butter). Arrange the dough in "islands". Send the zucchini pancakes to the oven (preheated) for half an hour, bake at 160 degrees.

Step 7 - Serve homemade zucchini pancakes warm, with sour cream (low fat), cottage cheese or some kind of sauce.
