Cooking:

We mix any jam, jam or jam with soda, slaked with vinegar. We mix. The jam will begin to increase in volume, become airy.

Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, vegetable oil and flour. Stir until smooth and add jam with soda.

Put the resulting dough into a baking dish, greased with vegetable or butter.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. "Black Cake" takes about 40-50 minutes to cook. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick or a match.

The finished cake can be smeared on top with a piece of butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

flour 3 cups
eggs 3 pcs
vegetable oil 1 cup
sugar 1 cup (less if the jam is very sweet)
kefir 1 cup
jam 1 cup
soda 1 tsp
vinegar for baking soda

ATTENTION! from the specified amount of ingredients, a large cupcake is obtained. If you wish, you can reduce the proportions by half.
