Salmon pasta in a creamy sauce is a simple and delicious dish at the same time. The creamy taste of this red fish won't leave anyone indifferent. The dish can be prepared for lunch or a romantic light dinner for two.
Ingredients:
Salmon - 250 g.
Pasta - 120 g.
Water - 600 ml.
Salt - 10 g.
Onions - 30 g.
Cream - 100 ml.
Flour - 0.5 tbsp. (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper - 3 g.
Fresh parsley - 5 g
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Butter - 30 g.
Step by step recipe:
Take the groceries. The overall taste of the dish depends on the quality of the salmon, so try to get good fish.
Rinse well onions, carrots, greens. Dry with a napkin. Cut the onions and carrots into equal cubes.
Defrost the salmon until it can be cut with a knife, not until it is soft, so it is easier to cut and chop it. Remove the skin and spine and cut into large cubes. While the sauce is cooking, the salmon will melt to the desired condition.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the vegetables gently.
Add a little flour to thicken the sauce. You can do without it. Pour cream into the softened vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Bring to a low boil.
Add prepared salmon to boiling sauce. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer under the lid until tender - 10 minutes.
Boil water in a saucepan and boil the pasta until aldente.
Then do what you like. You can combine pasta with fish in a creamy sauce and heat everything together. Or serve with pasta on bowls and drizzle with salmon sauce. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish.
