There are so many salad recipes that if you start counting, you will definitely get lost. Today I offer you one of a million options - a salad with canned green peas. Simply put - it is very tasty and affordable, hearty and nutritious. But there is also a zest - I suggest using garlic oil for dressing - the result will be excellent. You can make it yourself - skip the garlic on the press and pour over it with ordinary oil, adding herbs, chili, spices if desired. After which all "this business" insist a couple of days and strain. This oil is sold in all supermarkets, you can buy a ready-made version.
Ingredients:
Boiled rice - ½ cup
Canned peas - 3 tablespoons
Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Chicken - 150 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Garlic oil - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Description:
1. Prepare all products according to the list. Peas can be taken home or store. Any rice is suitable, my version is long, steamed. For brightness, you can take peppers of different colors.
2. Boil rice in the traditional way. For a part of the washed rice cereal, take two parts of water - cook until tender, add salt in the process. Cool and transfer to a deep plate.
3. Peel the bell peppers, rinse and dry. Cut into cubes and add to the rice - the ingredients always go well together.
4. Uncork a jar of peas, drain the liquid. Add the peas to the bowl with the ingredients. The quantity can be varied as desired.
5. Boil a chicken egg in advance and peel, cut into small cubes and add to a salad bowl. Boil the chicken fillet in advance and cool in the broth. Then cut or tear the meat into fibers, add to a bowl with all the ingredients.
6. Season the dish with a drop of garlic oil, not forgetting to add salt and pepper.
7. Stir well and serve immediately.
