Have a desire to cook something sweet for tea? Then this recipe is for you. Mannik is such a cake that all households will like, besides, it is prepared very quickly and with simple products. On the inside, the baked goods are soft, and on the outside, they are crispy due to the crust formed by the semolina. Often, a variety of berries, fruits, nuts, poppy seeds, etc. are added to such pies. It turns out really tasty and warm at home. I recommend trying it!

Ingredients:

Kefir - 1 glass

Flour - 1 glass

Sugar - 1 glass

Semolina - 1 glass

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Butter - 50 g.

Baking powder - 1 tsp

To prepare manna on kefir in the oven, prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. Sift the wheat flour with baking powder several times through a fine sieve. This will allow these ingredients to be oxygenated, which will have a positive effect on baked goods.

Melt the butter in any way convenient for you (in a water bath or in a microwave oven) and cool completely.

You will also need a 20x20 cm form, parchment paper and a 200 ml glass.

Combine semolina and kefir in a container convenient for kneading. Fermented milk product can have any percentage of fat. Stir the ingredients and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Separately, in a mixer bowl or bowl with high sides, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add them to a bowl with swollen semolina, pour in the cooled oil and mix thoroughly.

Bake semolina pie in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees. When the baked goods acquire a golden color, they can be considered ready with confidence.
