Today I want to share a recipe for very tender and delicious pancakes that always turn out like this. Their secret lies in an unusual dough with the addition of mayonnaise. There is nothing complicated, the main thing is to observe proportions and use quality products. Mayonnaise can be with any percentage of fat, but flour is only of the highest quality and must be sifted.

Ingredients:
Water - 1 glass
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - ¾ glass
Vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe:
To prepare thin pancakes with mayonnaise and eggs without milk, we will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe.
Pour warm water into a deep bowl and dissolve sugar in it. Then add the chicken egg and mix thoroughly so that it is completely dispersed in the liquid.
Instead of water, you can use milk or whey, and adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.

Before frying the first pancake, grease the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat well. Pour half a ladle of dough and distribute it evenly by tilting the pan in different directions.
Let's wait until the surface of the pancake dries up, and the edges begin to change their color and become golden. This is a sign that the pancake needs to be turned to the other side. It is very convenient to use a wooden spatula for this. Fry for another minute and remove the pancake from the pan. Thus, we use all the dough.
Delicious, tender pancakes with mayonnaise are ready. We put them on a beautiful plate and serve hot on the table.
