Pink salmon can be replaced with other fish, such as flounder, trout, salmon. The main thing is that the fish is not bony.
Fish baked in lavash will not leave anyone indifferent!
For cooking you will need:
Fish fillet (I have pink salmon) - 550 gr.
Lavash - 300 gr.
Carrots - 200g.
Onions - 200 gr.
Sour cream - 250 gr.
Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Greens are a small bunch.
Butter - 40 gr.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
